We think our Prep School is a very special place. It is a happy school of around 250 pupils, where everyone is encouraged to do their best in all areas of school life. There is a vibrant and supportive atmosphere here, and boys and girls are encouraged to be ambitious in their goals and to work hard to achieve them. We also make sure that there is also plenty of time to play and have fun. We want all our pupils to develop strong roots that will help them to grow into happy, well balanced and responsible adults.

About a quarter of our boys and girls are boarders. They are free to go home at the weekend from 4.00 pm on Saturday and may return either on Sunday evening or Monday morning. A number of children stay at school at the weekend and there are plenty of exciting trips and adventures organised. Many day children board flexibly one, two or three nights a week and love having a chance to enjoy boarding life.
