Friends of Gresham’s

FoGs has been recently formed as a social forum for parents of Gresham's students.

We hold a Bacon Butty Club every Saturday of term time in Dave’s Diner at 8am, where parents can meet up and chat. We charge £3 for a bacon butty and unlimited ground coffee or tea, or £1 for a hot drink only.  All welcome.
 
On November 28th, 2009, we held our first event, a Barn Dance. It was a terrific evening where we all danced to a ceildah band, Happy Feet, and ate a delicious chilli con carne. There was a prize for the best dressed gal 'n' guy won by Maxine Burlingham and John Bennett.

Prep School Parents’ Association

The Parents’ Association is a voluntary group of parents from Years 4 to 8, who, through the regular organisation of events, raise funds for Prep School projects.

The annual Christmas Fayre is one of the highlights of the year and last year raised over £3,000 for the current fund-raising project, the library extension.

New members and ideas are always welcome.  Meetings are held directly after Chapel on Saturdays in the Meetings room next to the Dining room.

All meetings begin at 4.10pm and finish at around 5.10pm. They are held in 2M's classroom at the Pre-Prep School.
