Activities and Societies
Our extra-curricular activities across the Schools provide children with a wealth of opportunities to pursue their interests or try something new. We aim to help children increase their confidence and self-belief while cultivating new abilities which may develop into lifelong skills and interests and which encourage them to take on new challenges in a fun and friendly environment.
Some of the many activities available include: Athletics, Chess, Chinese, Christmas Crafts, Computing, Cookery, Dance, Debating, Dodgeball, Design Technology, Drama, Electronics, French, Italian, Mosaics, Politics, Shooting, Swimming, Tennis, Trampolining. Activities take place after school at the Prep School and on Saturdays at the Senior School.
We are always looking to broaden our already comprehensive selection of hobbies, and strive to continually offer fresh opportunities and pursuits. If you have any suggestions regarding new hobbies or would like to offer your services in running a hobby, please contact Mr Alan Stromberg, our Activities Coordinator, at

.
As well as the more recreational activities we encourage children to join one or more of the many academic societies which allow them to explore and extend their knowledge outside the classroom.
The Model United Nations, Debating, Literature and History Societies are just a few of the ways we encourage our pupils to expand their intellectual horizons. The Junior and Senior Colloquium provide a forum for Scholars to research, present and defend academic papers to their peers while at the Prep School the Scholarship Forum similarly stretches our brightest pupils.
