Snow boarding

The snow and freezing temperatures over the last few weeks caused havoc for those travelling to and from school, but for those of us living in Crossways and Kenwyn it was business as usual. For many of the younger boarders, this was the first time they had seen heavy snow and so excitement levels were high. With school finishing early on three occasions, we had the opportunity to have great fun with an action-packed activities programme just for the boarders. There was dodgeball on Thursday, followed by a delicious Chinese takeaway buffet, a visit to Splash, one of the local swimming pools in Sheringham, and we rounded off the weekend with a trip to the cinema to watch the adventure comedy ‘Jumanji’.  As the snow melted, and the evenings get longer we are looking forward to some outdoor adventures over the coming weeks.
