On Sunday March 8th more than forty runners (seventeen of whom were students) took to the start line of our inaugural, and impromptu, Gresham’s Half Marathon. The weather was very sunny and our superb runners ran the challenging route to the coastguard lookout in Sheringham and then back covering the distance of 13.1 miles and in-so-doing have raised almost £6000, so far, for the charity Young Minds. Simultaneously we had some runners representing the School and the same charity at the Cambridge Half Marathon. A massive well done to all involved, including those pupils on the water stations for their invaluable support. This was a great advertisement for the strength and spirit of our School Community.
