Our charity knitting group have created baby hats for neonatal care

This year’s charity project was put forward by Year 13 pupil Perdy S and her grandmother! Knowing that The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow had put out a plea for baby hats for the babies in neonatal care, Perdy’s granny supplied the knitting group with a pattern and they all set to work, producing 25 tiny hats for premature babies. You can see Perdy and Skyla with the fruits of their labours in the photo above, and they were thrilled to receive a letter of thanks from the Princess Alexandra Hospital in recognition of their hard work.

Well done to everyone involved!
