Isadora A (Violin) and Louis H C (Organ) represented Gresham’s Music in an exciting recital afternoon in St. Mary’s Church, Wiveton on Wednesday 27th July. As part of the Music in Country Churches programme, this recital featuring notable young musicians from Gresham’s, Norwich School and Aldeburgh Young Musician programme showcased an excellent mix of well-known music and repertoire which showed off the musicians’ skills.

Music in Country Churches is now in its 32nd season of organising musical concerts to help raise funds to maintain the fabric of country churches. The concert series in North Norfolk was set up to support raising funds for repairing the roof in Wiveton. The Trust was set up in 1989 with the active support of His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, who attended the English Chamber Orchestra Concert at St Margarets, Cley on 27th July 2022.

Special thanks to Brenda Blewett for coordinating and accompanying the young musicians and providing them with this incredible opportunity. Please click here for more information about Music in Country Churches.
