Friends of Gresham’s

About us > FOGS > Senior FOGS

Friends of Gresham’s (FOGS) was formed as a social forum for parents of Gresham’s students.

Past FOGS events have included an Indian cookery demonstration, Quiz Night, Hog Roast at House Music, Christmas Fayre with carols in the School Chapel, Afternoon Tea for parents and the weekly Bacon Butty Club (now Breakfast @ Tig’s). These events have helped to raise money which has been spent on various projects within the School including a new trailer for the sailing club, sound equipment for use at school music events including house music and a contribution towards a new fridge unit for the bar area at the Auden Theatre.

We welcome any newcomers who would be interested in supporting and assisting us with events. Please come along to Breakfast at Tig’s (see below) for a friendly chat or for further information about FOGS, please email [email protected].

Breakfast @ Tig’s

Breakfast at Tig’s is held every Saturday of term time in Tig’s café in the Britten Building (opposite the Chapel) from 8:00 to 9:00am, where parents can meet up and chat.

Staff-Parent Forum

The Staff-Parent Forum consists of key staff members and a parent representative from each year group at the Senior School. The group meets once per term, discussing a variety of topical school issues, concentrating on the pastoral and academic areas of the School, as well as seeking to maintain clear routes of communication between the School and parents.

There are five members of staff on the Forum and a parent representative from each year group.
