The Diversity and Inclusion Team has fed back the results of the Flair Racism Survey to staff and pupils. There were some very positive outcomes and clear objectives to work towards. The D&I Team continues to encourage pupils to share knowledge about their cultural backgrounds and BELIEFS. February is LGBT+ History Month, when discussions will be taking place in tutor time and information posted around school. The D&I group is about educating our community about the importance of diversity and that inclusion is a feeling – not just an action.
