Barcelona Hockey Tour 2026

5 November 2026

Over Half Term, a group of our Senior Hockey players travelled to Barcelona for five action-packed days of hockey, sightseeing and unforgettable experiences.

Both teams played three competitive fixtures during the tour. The girls got off to a fantastic start with a 4-0 victory over Barcelona FC Hockey Club. They followed this with another win against Castelldefels HC before rounding off the tour with an outstanding performance against hockey giants Terrassa HC, securing a well-deserved draw.

The boys also enjoyed a successful tour, recording a comfortable win over Barcelona FC Hockey Club, drawing with Castelldefels HC after conceding a late goal, and finishing strongly with an excellent victory against a talented Linea 22 side.

Away from the pitch, pupils enjoyed a guided walking tour of Barcelona, visited the iconic Camp Nou, and experienced the thrills and excitement of PortAventura World.

A huge well done to all the pupils who represented the school with such positive attitudes, hard work and sportsmanship throughout the tour. We are incredibly proud of your achievements.
