Gresham’s Junior Debating Team were delighted to be invited to participate in the inaugural Norfolk Great Debate 2025, hosted by Taverham High School.

The team was made up of Izzy D’A, Jemima P and Kitty R from Year 9, alongside Grace C from Year 10. Impressively, the girls managed to win all three of their debates and made it to the final against Thorpe St Andrew. The final was tied, but Thorpe were declared worthy winners on the countback rule totalling the points scored in each match.

Congratulations to all four girls for reaching the final, and a notable mention goes to Grace C who was given a special award for her outstanding performance.
