North Sea Voices choir release their first charity Christmas single

This Christmas, North Sea Voices, a North Norfolk based girls’ community choir, with talented singers from Cromer Academy, Fakenham Academy, West Anglia College and Gresham’s Senior School, have released a new charity single through Gresham’s own Strathmore Label.

For this project, the choir chose to perform The Universal by Blur as a creative response to the growing influence of technology and mobile phones on young people’s daily lives. The lyrics resonated strongly with the group, making it the perfect song to express their message.

The single, available to watch and share on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1G6SilOnvE), is raising funds for the mental health charity Mind.

Donations can be made via the choir’s JustGiving page.

Please help us by sharing the video widely on social media, and spreading the word to help make this charity release the choir’s most successful yet.
