Set within 300 acres of idyllic grounds, the campus includes seven comfortable boarding houses accommodating groups of various sizes, alongside an impressive selection of top‑tier sports facilities, music and performing arts spaces, meeting rooms, creative labs and a woodland activity centre featuring an aerial confidence course. All these spaces are available throughout the year, with free on‑site parking and full accessibility.
Our experienced in‑house event managers work closely with group organisers to create all‑inclusive accommodation and catering packages, crafting bespoke itineraries tailored to different scales and budgets. Their hands‑on support ensures every group enjoys a streamlined planning experience and a memorable stay.

During term-time evenings and weekends, Gresham’s lets its fabulous sports facilities to community clubs, athletes, teams and groups for regular weekly training sessions. This is in addition to our programme of residential elite sports lets and tournaments during the holidays.
